Is there a free plan?
Yes, and it does not expire. The Free plan gives you 100 AI messages a month on web chat with one bot and one CRM seat — no credit card, no time limit. Upgrade when you outgrow it, and you keep everything you have built.
What happens if I go over my message allowance?
Nothing breaks. Overage is billed per 1,000 AI messages — $18 on Basic and $15 on Premium (₱1,000 and ₱850 respectively), and negotiated on Enterprise. You can also set a cap and have the AI hand off to your team instead of continuing to spend.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Any time, from your billing settings. Annual billing saves 20% against monthly. Upgrades apply immediately and are prorated; downgrades take effect at the end of the current period. No cancellation fees, and you can export your data whenever you like.
Which currency will I be billed in?
Peso and dollar tiers are priced independently for their markets rather than converted at an exchange rate, so pick whichever applies to you. Philippine pricing excludes 12% VAT; other prices exclude any applicable local tax.
What counts as an AI message?
One reply generated by the AI is one message. There are no credit multipliers and no premium-model surcharge — the same AI model runs on every plan, so 1 message = 1 message whatever you are doing with it. Replies typed by your own agents in the shared inbox are never counted.
