These terms govern your use of the LgoChat platform and this website. By creating a workspace or using the service, you agree to them.

1. The service

LgoChat provides AI chatbots across messaging channels and voice, a shared inbox with human handoff, a CRM and an appointment booking system. Features vary by plan as described on our pricing page.

2. Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details, for the security of your credentials and for the actions of users you invite to your workspace.

3. Acceptable use

No unsolicited bulk messaging, and no messaging in breach of a channel provider's policies (including WhatsApp, Meta, Telegram and Viber rules).
No unlawful, deceptive, harassing or infringing content.
No presenting an AI agent as a human where disclosure is legally required.
No calling numbers on a do-not-call register, or outside permitted hours.

4. Fees and billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. Contact tiers, voice minutes and carrier pass-through fees are billed as described at purchase. Upgrades are prorated immediately; downgrades apply at the end of the current period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

5. Data protection

For end-user data processed through the platform, you are the controller and we are the processor. Our Data Processing Agreement forms part of these terms and is available at info@lgorithmsolutions.com. See also our privacy policy.

6. Availability

We target 99.9% monthly availability on paid plans (99.99% on Enterprise, per the agreed SLA). Planned maintenance is announced in advance and scheduled for low-traffic windows.

7. Intellectual property

We own the platform. You own your content, your data and the automations you build. You grant us the limited licence needed to operate the service for you.

8. Termination

You may cancel at any time from billing settings. We may suspend a workspace for material breach or non-payment after notice. On termination you can export your data for 30 days, after which it is deleted.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid in the 12 months before the claim.
