This page explains what LgoChat collects when you use this website and our platform, why we collect it and what control you have over it. It is written to be readable; it is not a substitute for the Data Processing Agreement that governs customer data we process on your behalf.

Who we are

LgoChat provides AI chatbots, voice agents, a shared inbox, a CRM and an appointment booking system. Our registered office is 51 Floor, PBCOM Tower, Makati, Philippines. For any privacy question, email info@lgorithmsolutions.com.

What we collect

Website visitors. Page views, referrer, approximate location from IP, and anything you type into a demo, contact or newsletter form.
Customers. Account details, billing information, workspace configuration and support correspondence.
End users of our customers. Messages, call recordings, transcripts, contact attributes and booking details — processed strictly on our customer's instructions as their processor.

Why we process it

To provide, secure and improve the platform (contract and legitimate interests).
To respond to demo requests and sales enquiries (consent and legitimate interests).
To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations (legal obligation).

Where data lives

Production data is stored with sub-processors in the region selected for your workspace — EU, US or APAC. A current sub-processor list is available on request and we notify customers before adding a new one.

Retention

Conversation and call data is retained for the period configured in your workspace, which you control. Marketing enquiries from this website are kept for 24 months from last contact, then deleted.

Your rights

You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing at any time by emailing info@lgorithmsolutions.com. If we process your data on behalf of one of our customers, we will route your request to them and support it.

Cookies

This website uses strictly necessary cookies for session security (including CSRF protection). Analytics cookies, where enabled, are set only with consent and can be withdrawn at any time.

Security

Encryption in transit and at rest, SSO/SAML, granular roles, audit logs, least privilege access and annual penetration testing. We are SOC 2 Type II certified; the report is available under NDA.

Changes

We will post material changes to this page and, for customers, notify the workspace owner by email at least 30 days before they take effect.
